Channeling purple, blue and turquoise inspiration earlier in the day, in preparation for this session.
Our Group Reiki session altar is setup with the opal firepot of possibilities front and center. Ready to receive and transmute.
Essential Oils of Frankincense, Douglas Fir, Green Mandarin, and Frankincense (again- yes, doubly represented).
An offering of Bergamot as well.
Representation and support from the animal Spirits of Sparrow, Turtle, and Mollusk. Along with, from Diana Cooper's "Angels of Light" card deck: A card draw to set us off, which brought in the incredible presence and support of Archangel Raphael with the affirmation: I am happy, healthy and abundant. With a notable note of: Safety in travel.

Reset; regroup; recoup.
Charging.
Make sure you’re plugged in and refilling your cup.
A bit of sensory deprivation will be helpful.
I AM HAPPY, HEALTHY AND ABUNDANT.

A lot of strain and pain coming in for the mid-to-low back, and large and wide area. Sitting in observation inviting Reiki and the element of Fire. Also inviting Archangel Raphael’s direct attention here, which turned up the Reiki flow to full blast!
Breathing is important - there is a restriction at the low lungs and bottom of the ribs related to this. Keep breathing. Moving the energy to assist in opening the back of the Solar Plexus and Sacral Chakras. Curl into it. Inviting Divine Light to shine on these energy centers and assist our own energy in balancing.
Inviting the potent fire light of orange and yellow flames to spiral at and inspire flow with these chakras
Crown and forehead to the Earth. Mother Earth. We are one with Mother Earth. Be One: Connecting into her stabilizing guidance. Creating the circuit from the lower chakras up to the Crown. Extremely light headed in this connection from the new energy. New Circuity! Sensation intensity all over the back is dissipating.
Shifting to bring in water’s embrace: a trust in emotion and fluidity. Surrender.
A portal of release. Draining away that which is no longer wanted - old memories and emotions ready to move on… there is much clearing. To be refilled with warm comforts.
Eucalyptus. Salt.
Keeping soft fabrics near.
This resonates at the vibration of the last group season: Trust Yourself to EVOLVE.
Salt at the back is like salt on a wound. Flushing away. Purity revisited.
Trying something new in sound immersion. Taking a metaphorical pill to help feel ready.
Virtual. It’s virtual. Virtual.
Salt into water. Water into blood. Blood into healing.
“You are Healed.”
Trial.
Trial.
A Trial.
A Trial.
(?perhaps a literal courtroom trial?)
IT stings. The Trust. Can you believe it? Like a literal dagger to the Heart. "You are Healed." You are Healed. YOU are HEALed. A significant death to be reborn. So much heat in the water. Boiling even the minerals away.
Fire into Water brings steam into the Air. Bringing it back to the breath. Breathe. Remember to always breathe. You are alive when you breathe. Like the first shrill breath of separating new life upon Birth. You are aligned when you breathe.
It is done.
And so it is.
Some repetitive words and intense messages. They felt to be about finding meaning. The meaning for you. Read it and say it again and again. Let the word materialize and fall away, to materialize yet again.
If you leave the shower but don’t dry off what happens? Some of it comes with you. But that was always true. You still get dry all the same. What does the towel take? And Give?
Keep your soft fabrics close.
Much of this session felt very cryptic and philosophical today - which gave me pause into my own understanding, and therefore ability to pass the message on… but I was told “the messages of the sage are always unclear - until suddenly they are starkly clear.” -it wasn’t my voice or need-to-know. The back pain had fully receded long ago, and the back chakras felt complete and truly healed. We needn’t always understand what we do.
